Sound Design Tutorial – 100 Whooshes In 2 Minutes

This is a sound design tutorial of 100 Whooshes in 2 Minutes. I got the initial idea from Charles Deenen’s blog/videos. My take is not perfectly timed in terms of modulation and synchronization of time-based effects. Even though I can get a few usable whooshes without editing out of 10-20 runs. Do not forget to make volume or parameter automation. Also, instead of routing impact sounds (kick) to Submix 1 and then to Sidechain Bus, you can send them simultaneously to both by holding Ctrl + Shift when you choose the bus. This way, you can avoid phasing issues. Thanks to Ray Gould from soundkamera for this advice.
